This year i prepared the Christmas dinner I have to admit I quite proud of me because it was my first time and it wasn't a disaster...IT WAS A SUCCESS!!!!!!
My friend Alex and his colleagues from
FOOT PATROL convinced me to use goose fat to roast the potatoes...and for some reason it was a mission to get some...I got some at the end but last minute dot com as always.

From this moment let's say I got taken by surprise.
The oven was too hot and the turkey painted of goose fat, I wasn't expecting what happened next...
I SET UP THE FIRE ALARM
in the flat (I've to admit I got a bit scared lol) there was smoke everywhere in the kitchen but Lisa my flatmate saved me even so I accused her of almost burning the turkey ahahah
