In a few words...

First of all I turned up late as I was working until 6.30pm. 

We don't all have the privilege to have a Monday to Friday job ahahah (I'm only joking...no hate)

Free BBQ...didn't taste it...the Food was all GONE by the time I arrived! PIGS!!!! my dinner? a banana bought in Liverpool street station.

I was craving for chicken  and I LOVE my food you know! BUT BUT BUT !!!!....Free DRINKS... plenty left SANK YOU SANK YOU....

SWEAT, DRINKS, FUN, WET PAINT, MURKED  KICKS (by the wet paint all over the floor...quite ironic init for a trainers lovers event)...BUT I GOTTA SAY....SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO MANAGED TO MAKE IT, THE DJs 

and of course CROOKED TONGUES 

for organising it...IT WAS GREAT SUNDAY !!!!!! merci, thank you, gracias, gracie

Do you remember this program "MISS SWAN"

It's pretty old now, it started in 2004. I used to love watching it...don't ask me why. I just enjoy watching plastic surgery. ahahah no I'm not sick in my head and I know I'm not the only one!

This reality TV program was based on womens complexes sorted out by plastic surgery hmmmmm....

The contestant are basically (sorry to say) UGLY  and they don't feel well in their skin. To make them feel better they spend 3 months without their family and NO MIRRORS. Their only company? Therapist, Gym coach...and of course a team of plastic surgeons...

These people just make "miracles" with their patients. They change everything about them from head....to toe!!!!!!

They just get rid of the OLD UGLY YOU to give place to a NEW BEAUTIFUL YOU...is it supposed to make them feel any better? well on Tv it seems like yes...but we don't know how they deal with once back to real  life.

So at the end of the 3 months after starving, sweating and half your body removed, the day of discovering your new face and body has arrived and it's revealed in front of the family....

1.THE SHOCK, 2.THE TEARS  and 3.THE HAPPINESS

All the contestant become pageants for the actual Miss Swan contest...

This is an interesting program on how to look like a 
STEREOTYPICAL american women.

Lets Talk about food: Pad Thai

Some of you must know, me and my other half went Thailand in May 2010 for the first time and we discovered PAD THAI...OMFG!

I went Thailand sightly overweight I came back even bigger because of the food...oh well...

I LOVE FOOD!

Pad Thai (Thai: ผัดไทย, IPA: [pʰàt tʰāj], "fried Thai style") is a dish of stir-fried rice noodles with eggs, fish sauce (Thai: น้ำปลา), tamarind juice, red chilli pepper, plus any combination of bean sprouts, shrimp, chicken, or tofu, garnished with crushed peanuts, coriander and lime, the juice of which can be added along with Thai condiments. Pad Thai is one of Thailand's national dishes.
